  1. If you cut a bunch of rules or attributes and then use the search feature to search for a particular rule, above, below or inside which you want to paste them, you're still able to do the pasting but the original ones will remain in place... It's not such a big problem but can get really confusing sometimes, so, if you're able to solve it, would be great.

  3. Unfortunately this is by-design.

When you "cut", it marks your selection with a green border and then copies it to the clipboard as text. If you cancel the cut, for example by pressing "Escape" or by using bullseye or the search feature, only the green border is cancelled; it doesn't touch the clipboard. Therefore, if you "paste" later on, the original text which is still on the clipboard will be inserted, and the original selection will remain in place.

Other applications which don't immediately remove "cut" objects from the document (for example Excel) work the same way. I agree it is a little confusing if you're not expecting it.

  4. It is specially cumbersome when I receive from other web designers/developers long non-commented css files and have to reorder all those rules logically... Without the search feature to help I have no other way than roll and roll it over and visually search for the right place to paste it. Never mind, I'll try to help myself by using comments as visual aids. Thank you very much for having this in mind and trying to solve it!
Please, don't forget to try to build a better find and replace mechanism... That is really fundamental. Thanks!
